Luis Cabrera, M.D. is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 17 years of clinical experience. He earned his medical degree from the Universidad Católica Nordestana (UCNE) in the Dominican Republic and completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. John's Episcopal Hospital/SUNY Downstate in New York. He specializes in preventive medicine and chronic disease management, with a special interest in hypertension, diabetes, obesity, and metabolic health. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities, walking, traveling with his family, and exploring new restaurants. Dr. Cabrera welcomes new patients, speaks Spanish, and accepts most major insurance plans.
